Be a Superlative Birder!
Let's meet our feathered friends! Join science poet Leslie Bulion for a poetic introduction to bird-watching, with tips for how to find birds right outside your own windows. A birding workshop tailored to your area for up to 8 attendees.
45 Minute Program
In this workshop, we'll examine photos and other media to discover great birding clues new birders can use right away. Together we'll test-drive a some wonderful resources that can help you learn about the birds you might meet at a park, woodland, or field near you.
I'll also share fun poems birder-readers can use as models to create their own superlative bird poetry after our session.
For schools, libraries, and larger group programs please see "Virtual Visits" listings on Leslie's website.
