MEET JANINE ... and get inspired!
Visit with Maryann Cocca-Leffler who will read both 'Janine' picture books. These books captivate the themes of inclusion and kindness while encouraging children to be their spectacular selves! The character, Janine, is based on Maryann's daughter's experiences as a child with disabilities.
Author-Illustrator Maryann Cocca-Leffler will read Janine and Janine and the Field day Finish, and tell about the events that inspired these stories. Maryann will also show HOW a book is made, (from idea, storyboard, Illustrations to printed book) and encourage each student to be spectacular!
